With humble beginnings and big ambition, Aw Yong Kai Jan founded JY Creative Sdn Bhd in 2010, which they started off operating as a small scale contractor and successfully saw to completion the construction of 3 bungalow units. As the opportunity arose, they began to leverage with trusted renovation contractors and interior designers for a contract job that spanned over 3 years.

At a young age, Mr Aw Yong’s spirit of persistency and perseverance helped the company overcame various level of obstacles. Lack of skilled and talented manpower who could share the same burden and vision for the company was his main challenge.

Braced with sheer grit and determination, his faith and vision for the company did not waver despite competition faced in the economy and industry. He believed in continuously learning and maintaining good communication among his team and keeping himself updated on the latest industry related innovation. Over the years,
JY Creative received notable achievements like Enterprise Keris Award 2017,
Golden Bull and Lang International Award.

With a focused goal in mind, JY Creative is set to further expand in the development & real estate sector to build a sustainable environment market for the next generation.
